Welcome to my meditation blog!

Meditation is a safe and simple way to balance the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of the body.

Meditation keeps the mind and you in the present. When the mind is calm and focused in the present, it is neither reacting to memories from the past nor being preoccupied with plans for the future,  These are two major sources of stress in the majority of people’s lives.

Meditation really is the ultimate stress-buster. Stress being one of the biggest contributors to disease and illness.

The past is no more, the future is not yet here and both are unnecessarily moving in directions which don’t exist.

The essence of meditation is to focus the mind letting go of worries and fears and being fully in the present moment.
